This is possibly the most genuine and down to earth man in the music industry - no surprise then that he’s Australian - and his single Gambling Man is so beautiful and deserves all the replays, purchases and support you can give to someone who is based the other side of the world. The day before Mike released his single Gambling Man, he wrote on Facebook:
I never thought this would actually happen for me but tomorrow I'll be properly releasing my first ever single 'Gambling Man' into the wild. Being a musician is something that had always been a pipe dream for me, and I never actively pursued it for fear of failure and fear of putting myself out there. Even when I started writing songs a couple years ago I was too afraid to play them to anyone or tell anyone about it, but one day I made the decision to face up to my fears. Whether or not this whole endeavour will go anywhere for me, I just don't know or care, because already I've experienced so much from making music and sharing it with others. I'm so proud that I'm able to say that, because there was a time when I was sure that I'd die full of regret for never taking that chance.
